Can my customers pay with TWINT?
Yes. TWINT is built straight into Shopify Payments, with no extra provider. Your customers pay in CHF, just as they are used to.
How does shipping with Swiss Post work?
Through an extension that works with Swiss Post: you can print shipping labels, check addresses and offer shipping options. We set it all up for you.
Can I manage the shop myself?
Yes. You manage products, prices, stock levels and orders yourself. After the introduction, you’ll know how everything works.
What running costs should I expect?
Shopify charges a monthly subscription and a fee per payment. On top of that, there may be costs for extensions, for example for shipping. In the first consultation, we’ll explain which costs apply to your shop.
