mb-microtec AG A new website for the specialist in self-luminous technology, with bespoke imagery.

mb-microtec has been working with us for years. Its old website was showing its age, and updating content took longer than it should have. What they wanted was clear: a website the team can update themselves, quickly and directly, and an online presence that shows what mb-microtec stands for – light that shines by itself.

We rebuilt the website from scratch on a system that is as easy to use as a word processor. We reworked the design: dark backgrounds, plenty of room for images and mb-microtec’s green as an accent, so the glow takes centre stage. We also designed the bee, a composite image made from a macro photo, a landscape and a self-luminous light rod. One image that explains the technology at a glance.

Today the mb-microtec team updates text, images and news themselves, without going through us. The site has a calm, high-quality feel and works on every device. And the bee shows what mb-microtec is all about, without a single word.
